Welcome to the E-HUB support guide. Find answers to transaction steps, wallet configuration, and scanner operations.
1. Register with Mobile OTP Verification
Access the registration gateway directly from the Client App setup:
- Launch the E-HUB mobile app and enter your active mobile phone number.
- Confirm details to request a One-Time Verification Code (OTP) via SMS.
- Enter the 6-digit OTP code received inside the verification field to complete account creation.
2. Load Balance from Digital Gateways
Ensure your digital wallet has sufficient credits to pay for charging deductions:
- Open the Wallet tab from the Client Portal page.
- Select your preferred local provider (Khalti or Fonepay payment methods).
- Input your top-up amount, authorize the transaction on the provider page, and verify the balance updates instantly.
3. Initializing EV Charging Sessions
To initialize charging at any active physical station:
- Plug the charging gun connector firmly into your electric vehicle charging inlet.
- Scan the station's printed QR code using the in-app scanner.
- Alternatively, locate the station on the interactive map and click the Start Charging control button.
4. Monitoring Active Session State
Keep track of live telemetry during charging:
- Access details by clicking the pulsing Live Session bubble on your dashboard.
- Check charging rate metrics (kW), active energy delivered (kWh), and real-time charging cost estimation.
- Click the red Stop Session button from your device to stop the current flow safely.
5. Reviewing Transaction and Deductions Logs
Track history and balance audits:
- Navigate to the Logs or Deductions directory under your client settings.
- View complete charging session receipt logs detailing station IDs, energy consumed, and transaction IDs.
