Welcome to E-HUB Charging. These Terms of Service govern your use of our electric vehicle (EV) charging network, web portals, and mobile application solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Use of Services

To use our EV charging stations, you must create a verified account via OTP mobile authentication. You agree to use the network in compliance with all local laws and rules. Misuse, reverse-engineering, or tampering with the charging stations or server sockets is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Wallet Loads

Charging costs are calculated based on electricity unit consumption (kWh), duration of the active session, or station-specific baseline prices set by vendors. All billing transactions are deducted from your pre-loaded wallet. Wallet funds loaded via third-party providers (Khalti, Fonepay) are non-refundable and subject to partner processing policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to handle charging connectors and station property with care. It is your responsibility to ensure your electric vehicle is fully compatible with the station connector specifications and that charging sessions are stopped cleanly before disconnecting.

5. Limitation of Liability

E-HUB serves as a management software framework linking users and charging station vendors. We are not liable for vehicle damages, voltage fluctuations, hardware failures, or network interruptions arising during a charging session. Use of stations is at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to block your account or restrict access to the portal dashboard without notice in cases of payment manipulation, socket exploit attempts, or violation of these terms.
